We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) to join the Revenue Marketing Team in DACH. As a demand generation and growth tactics expert, you will be the subject matter expert on digital marketing. With your growth mindset, you will expand our reach into target audiences, generate demand, and capture leads.

Your Tasks :

  1. Increase inbound traffic, lead generation, and onsite conversion for the Aareon Verwaltung product portfolio.
  2. Manage multichannel digital marketing, including digital channels and platforms such as LinkedIn and Google. Execute digital campaigns on paid and owned channels to drive inbound.
  3. Build and optimize an effective customer marketing program with digital nurturing campaigns and product-led growth initiatives.
  4. Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, nurture flows, and landing pages using HubSpot.
  5. Support digital commerce initiatives and enhance the online purchasing experience.
  6. Analyze data, monitor progress, and be accountable for results. Ensure relevant data from web advertising platforms is integrated into HubSpot and Sales Cloud.

Your Profile :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing with digital marketing certifications.
  2. 23+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in high-volume, high-transaction markets.
  3. Proficient in Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
  4. Hands-on experience managing campaigns on main ad platforms, CRO, and SEO.
  5. Familiar with Google Analytics, Salesforce reporting; knowledge of attribution is a plus.
