Prokon is looking for a Project Coordinator (m/f/d) for Wind Farm Approval Procedures to join our Project Development and Construction team in Potsdam as soon as possible.

Your Future Daily Tasks:

1. Taking responsibility for approval procedures in accordance with the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG) and the German Building Code (BauGB) by coordinating and commissioning the necessary expert reports.
2. Liaising with specialist authorities and offices and preparing application documents in accordance with BImSchG.
3. Overseeing procedures until successful approval under BImSchG and coordinating participation in the tendering process under the Renewable Energy Sources Act (EEG).
4. Securing any necessary rights through private contracts.
5. Collaborating with the team of project coordinators in Potsdam and receiving support from experienced colleagues.

The Skills We Are Looking For:

1. A completed degree in landscape and open space planning, environmental law, geography, landscape ecology, environmental management/science, or a comparable qualification.
2. Preferably experience in approval procedures according to BImSchG and BauGB.
3. Knowledge of wind farm project development is an advantage.
4. A communicative, team-oriented, and assertive personality.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, ideally with knowledge of MS Project.
6. A Class B driving license and willingness to travel.
