We are seeking a dedicated Pflegefachkraft (m/w/x) to join our modern Pflegewohnstift An der Schützenallee in Pattensen, located in the Hannover region. Our facility offers a high proportion of single rooms and accommodates 106 residents. We are looking for candidates to start immediately, either full-time or part-time.

Your Responsibilities

• Performing nursing diagnostics
• Developing and implementing care plans
• Carrying out nursing measures
• Administering medication
• Documenting care activities
• Creating daily structure and action plans

Your Profile

You should have a recognized qualification as an Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, or Gesundheits- und Kinderpfleger/in. A positive attitude towards caring for the elderly and their families, mental and physical resilience, and good teamwork skills are essential.
