Responsibilities:
- Support the competence team manager in the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of internal committee meetings, including creating decision-making templates for management.
- Moderate and implement regular meetings with related departments (Development, Purchasing, Controlling, Quality), including preparation and follow-up.
- Support with project documentation for HV components (component maturity level, deadline tracking, and cost management).
- Assist in ensuring the maturity level of all components in the area of high-voltage components and e-drive, focusing on deadlines, costs, and quality.
- Manage your own sub-projects within the competence team.
What we expect from you:
- First completed bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or similar, with a technical interest.
- Analytical, highly structured work style, reliability, and enjoyment of working independently.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, high initiative, determination, and assertiveness.
- Quick comprehension, flexibility, creativity in problem-solving.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
