• Experience in supporting change management processes and project management
• Proven project initiation skills and familiarity with methodologies like Scrum and agile working
• Expertise in stakeholder management, communication, and relationship management
• Studies or training in IT, business, or related fields, complemented by practical skills and experience
• International mindset and enthusiasm for working in a virtual, location-independent team
• Valuable experience in similar areas is a plus
