Ambassador (m/f/d) Client Relations Centre
A full-time position at our Headquarters in Hamburg starting 1 of April 2025.
As Ambassador CRC, you will be the central point of contact for the customers of the Client Relations Centre Europe (CRC).
- Advising clients in Europe on Sales through our Online Boutique and on After Sales topics.
- Liaising with clients by phone, e-mail, and Chat in the respective languages: French and English is a must; two other languages (Italian, Spanish, or German) would be a plus.
- Recognizing and strengthening customers’ interest in purchasing and converting their interest into phone orders.
- Generating additional sales and increasing the average basket by cross-selling, up-selling, etc.
- Accurate entry of phone orders, offers, returns, cancellations, and refunds in the internal systems.
- Supporting customers by phone in entering online orders.
- Independent handling of customer requests for repair status, price, facilities, and technical explanations.
- Handling complaints via phone, email, or chat.
- Monitoring delivery times; Collaboration with the distribution centre regarding availability and delivery dates.
- Check of creditworthiness of online customers and manual validation of all online orders to ensure reliable fraud prevention.
You’ll have:
- Completed university studies, training in retail, or comparable education.
- Excellent knowledge of French; German and English are mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional experience in high-quality customer service or Call Center, or in hospitality; ideally experience in phone sales.
- Sales experience/contact with customers in retail is an advantage.
- Positive attitude; pleasant voice and ability to speak in a manner that is appropriate for customers of luxury goods.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is required; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Passion and dedication to represent Montblanc as a brand Ambassador.
- Flexibility and strong resilience in stressful situations.
- Willingness to work sometimes on Saturdays and holidays.
