Your Contribution:

  1. Within the Group Procurement Organization, you are globally responsible for the direct Spend (COGS) within the Software Category, managing development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
  2. You will promote strategic initiatives and end-to-end procurement processes for software, focusing on value creation beyond financials, especially in digitization and market innovations.
  3. You will develop effective, trustful relationships with colleagues and senior stakeholders, aligning strategies and acting as a trusted advisor.
  4. You will develop and manage strategic supplier relationships, overseeing the sourcing to contracting process, including needs management, sourcing strategies, and negotiations.

What you bring:

  1. Practical experience in procurement or software sales.
  2. Degree in business administration or equivalent.
  3. Understanding of internal processes related to sales, service, and order fulfillment.
  4. Proficiency in German and English; additional languages like Italian or French are a plus.
  5. Strong communication skills, commercial understanding, and change leadership willingness.
