As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing direct and indirect sales of our Food Packaging solutions in Germany and Switzerland. Your role involves maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing key customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will drive the implementation of tailored solutions, ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of the market and contribute to our company’s growth goals.

1. Customer Relationship Management and Development

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, utilizing excellent negotiation and customer management skills to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

2. Growth Initiatives

Develop and execute Key Growth Sales Programs with strategic thinking and project management expertise to maximize sales opportunities.

3. Sustainability and Automation Implementation

Lead the integration of automation systems and sustainability initiatives by leveraging your knowledge of industrial packaging trends and aligning with our company’s objectives.

4. Product Expertise and Collaboration

Continuously update your knowledge of our products and their market value while collaborating effectively with internal teams to develop customized packaging solutions.

5. Market Expansion

Identify and pursue new business opportunities using your skills in business development, lead generation, and market analysis.

Qualifications

  • Education: A degree in Food Technology or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Solid field sales experience, with proven success in managing and developing accounts within multinational organizations.
  • Technical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of industrial food packaging solutions.
  • Language: Proficient in written and spoken English. French is also valuable.
  • Location: Must reside in Germany, preferably near the Swiss border, or in Switzerland.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
    • Ability to lead customer-focused, customized projects that align with our strategic objectives.
