YOUR TASK SCOPE:

  • Delivering top-notch software trainings to our (international) customers and partners.
  • Deep familiarization with our software, ensuring technical expertise related to our product.
  • Accompanying the development and optimization of innovative and digital training concepts and programs.
  • Qualifying and training new and existing colleagues.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of the ATOSS training department.
  • Creating high-quality training documents in both German and English.
  • Providing individualized consultation to our customers regarding the topic Trainings.

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Successfully completed studies or vocational training.
  • Experience in creating digital learning content, ideally with knowledge of programs like Adobe Premiere Pro and Articulate.
  • Professional experience as a Product Trainer or Product Coach in a software context.
  • Knowledge of HR or workforce management is nice-to-have.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a passion for teaching and knowledge sharing.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to conduct training sessions at other ATOSS locations or at customer sites.
