Job Description :

Role - Senior Consultant

Technology - WAAS, Intune

In the role of Senior Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Roles and Responsibilities:

1. 5+ years of experience in WAAS and AutoPilot.
2. WAAS life cycle and support.
3. Image creation for Desktop and Laptop, manage image life cycle.
4. Plan Win upgrades for WAAS and coordinate and execute the migration of the Windows clients.
5. Supporting and implementing Autopilot solutions.
6. Knowledge in Intune to design, build, implement MS Intune solutions.
7. Onboard new and existing Applications to Intune and publish it both internal and external users securely.
8. Manage and maintain Windows devices using Microsoft Intune.
9. Ability to constantly be learning as the product evolves continually.
10. Be able to work individually and collaborate with internal teams effectively.
11. Incident service management logging of requests, support calls and escalating where appropriate into the Service Management tool.

Skills:

1. Intune Platform set up and management with Autopilot
2. Imaging and Windows as a Service

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and other endpoint management tools.
3. Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory.
4. Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell.
5. High analytical skills
6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
