Job Title: Revenue Growth Management Expert

We are seeking an expert in Revenue Growth Management with experience leading a market team or a centre of excellence pillar. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to craft and execute clear, compelling visions for growth. Key skills include:

1. Strategic and Self-Driven: A self-starter with a strategic mindset, capable of defining long-term strategies and engaging stakeholders effectively.
2. Leadership Experience: Proven leadership in trade promotion management, commercial strategy, or revenue growth.
3. Trade Investment Knowledge: Strong understanding of FMCG/retail trade investments and promotional mechanics.
4. Cross-functional Influence: Ability to work across teams and influence senior stakeholders.
5. Analytical Skills: Proactive problem solver with strong analytical and financial skills to assess promotional effectiveness.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills to align teams on strategic priorities.
7. Category Experience: Key account category experience is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define long-term promotional strategies and regional guidelines aligned with our strategic objectives.
2. Transform our promotional approach to be insight-driven, focusing on category value and industry best practices.
3. Enhance promotional management standards regionally, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
4. Develop best-in-class promotional insights and guidelines to improve impact.
5. Collaborate with regional directors to establish long-term promotional PPA.
6. Oversee promotional investment governance and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
7. Drive the development of data-driven frameworks to measure trade promotion ROI and impact.
8. Integrate promotional investment strategies into target pricing in partnership with regional pricing directors.
