Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate, manage, and process our offers, projects, and programs in the area of ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) or IPS (Integrated Product Support) and Configuration Management together with our colleagues and customers.
  2. Develop service concepts for our systems and products regarding repair, spare parts supply, maintenance, obsolescence management, configuration management, documentation, and training.
  3. Actively influence the system design process with a focus on ILS/IPS requirements, manage workflows for configuration changes and approvals.
  4. Participate in quality gates and conduct baseline reviews to ensure product quality.
  5. Involve in optimizing our specific system support services.
  6. Ensure the implementation of customer-specific service provisions across various departments.
  7. The goal is to make the life-cycle costs more efficient and to ensure maximum availability through ILS.

Profile

  1. Successfully completed studies in engineering (e.g., electrical engineering, information technology, mechatronics) or a comparable qualification/training.
  2. Experience working with ILS or IPS standards for industrial and/or military sectors (e.g., ASD AECMA, MIL-STD) is desirable.
  3. Experience in project management and change management.
  4. Excellent technical understanding.
  5. Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
  6. Team player with confident demeanor and assertiveness.
  7. Willingness to travel up to 20% worldwide.
