We are looking to strengthen our team in Deuna and are seeking a Mitarbeiter Auftragsplanung und -steuerung / Bauingenieur (m/w/d) in Vollzeit to join us as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

• Planning and controlling maintenance activities, focusing on general construction
• Executing investment projects in new construction and renovation
• Planning and managing maintenance, inspection, scheduled repairs, plant shutdowns, and major repairs
• Allocating resources, including external contractors, materials, and personnel
• Preparing and evaluating bids and proposals
• Monitoring project and work progress, initiating corrective actions when deviations occur
• Adjusting maintenance plans in response to operational disruptions in coordination with production and maintenance teams
• Handling projects related to civil and structural engineering
• Coordinating and executing repairs in refractory construction
• Monitoring costs (plan vs. actual) using ERP systems (SAP)
• Holding a degree in Civil Engineering
• Having comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and legal requirements
• Possessing basic knowledge of other technical service fields
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Understanding interdisciplinary relationships
• Demonstrating teamwork, flexibility, and commitment
• Willingness to continue professional development
