Position Overview

Contribute to the digital future of the Bundeswehr by providing IT services that are stable, secure, and efficient, supporting both domestic and international operations. Be part of a team modernizing one of Germany's largest IT infrastructures, working on digital transformation projects for the Bundeswehr Land & Luft divisions.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and plan integration services for hardware and software, developing digital solutions for operational systems.
• Collaborate with the Bundeswehr and industry partners on the development and implementation of military platforms, interfaces, and transmission technology.
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications and support solution development.
• Assist in integrating new solutions into existing and new processes.
• Report and coordinate results with external partners, customers, and internal teams.
• Conduct customer workshops to facilitate understanding and implementation of solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in IT consulting, service management, product development, or technical integration.
• Certifications such as ITIL, IPMA, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
• Experience managing complex technical projects, especially in integration solutions and working with interdisciplinary teams, preferably in the public sector (military experience is advantageous).
• Strong customer orientation, technical understanding, problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, organized and meticulous work approach.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
