About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Munich, the IT Assistant is responsible for various IT tasks. The IT Assistant reports to the Director of IT.

As IT Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support all technology projects carried out by the IT department
• Maintain knowledge of in-room technology and computer networks
• Ensure the ongoing integrity and enhancements of the hotel’s technology
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT user support
• Manage daily IT inventory tasks in the hotel

As IT Assistant, we expect from you:

• Certified IT or engineering knowledge, degree, or similar educational background
• Experience after an IT-related education or certification process
• Fluent in German and English
• Discretion and loyalty
• Good organisational skills, openness, and reliability
• Willingness to work on weekends if needed
