Your Responsibilities

• Drive Advantest towards operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing environment.
• Optimize manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and improve quality initiatives.
• Manage supply chain metrics towards defined goals, working closely with contract manufacturers, internal teams in Development, Supply Chain, and Product Marketing in an international environment.
• Manage quality, product changes, and technical supply chain processes to fulfill customer and business requirements.
• Provide technical advice to peers and management.
• Drive supply chain requirements into hardware and test software design for efficient manufacturability, utilizing partner capabilities.
• Bring new instruments of the V93000 IC tester into production on time.
• Work independently without close supervision from peers or managers.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in electrical & electronic engineering.
• Broad knowledge of electrical & electronic engineering and measurement techniques.
• Understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes of electronic high-level assemblies.
• Familiarity with printed circuit assembly development and manufacturing processes.
• Proactive, flexible, innovative mindset with analytical problem-solving skills.
• Strong ownership of managed products.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented in a cross-collaborative, global organization.
• Willing and able to travel (≥10%) to business partners and multiple sites.
• Fluent in English (at least CEFR C1); German is a plus.
