Role: Order Management Specialist

The Order Management Specialist is responsible for processing customer orders efficiently, adhering to company policies, tracking orders through delivery, and resolving issues.

This position is located in Dreieich, Germany, and requires on-site presence.

What you will do:

• Take ownership of the customer order process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Manage orders from placement to delivery, proactively address delivery challenges, and improve the process.
• Participate in daily team meetings to share updates and collaborate on performance improvements.

Who you are:

Fluent in German and proficient in English.

Experience with ERP systems like Oracle and CRM systems like Salesforce.com is advantageous.

First years of experience in order management demonstrate your capability to succeed.
