Apply as an Account Manager (m / f / d) for the Amazon Marketplace and help us build the most customer-centric company in the world. We offer you the opportunity to further expand the successful 'Fulfilment by Amazon' business from our offices in Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg. As an Account Manager (m / f / d), you will assist Sellers in launching on Fulfilment by Amazon and support them in accelerating their business with our logistics solutions. You will analyze existing processes, identify improvements—especially regarding Seller satisfaction with our services and operational processes—and collaborate with international teams to implement these improvements, contributing significantly to the growth of Amazon Marketplace. Key job responsibilities

  1. As a central contact, provide competent support to our Sellers within a time-limited account management approach.
  2. Monitor the success of your portfolio through detailed evaluations.
  3. Participate proactively in training sessions, webinars, and conferences.
  4. Collaborate closely with central teams (logistics, marketing) to review Seller experiences and develop improvement measures.
  5. Analyze weekly data (evaluations and database queries) to assess the success of the 'Fulfilment by Amazon' program and initiate measures to optimize results if necessary.

Grundqualifikationen

  • Native level, fluent in German and English (written and spoken) – an essential requirement.
  • Experience in business development, sales, and/or account management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Sense for new trends and a strong customer orientation.
  • Willingness to perform and make decisions within a highly dynamic environment.
  • Ability to adapt to constant change.
  • Very good knowledge of Excel; knowledge of databases and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in business administration, economics, or related fields.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Proven track record in maintaining client relationships and achieving sales or account management targets.
  • Experience in conducting business reviews and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience with databases, SQL, and CRM tools is advantageous but not essential.
