Are you interested in further expanding our lighting business as a Regional Account Manager - Northern or Southern Region?

Who are you?

  1. Member of the local Opple Europe team
  2. Direct report to the Country Manager Germany
  3. Works closely with other account managers in the region
  4. Possesses well-balanced tactical and operational skills
  5. Customer-focused with an intrinsic passion for excellent customer service
  6. Practical, hands-on mentality
  7. Clear verbal communication, including empathy and conciseness
  8. Persuasive sales skills and the ability to influence
  9. Maintains professional presentation, even under pressure
  10. Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP Sales & Distribution module)
  11. Proficiency in basic Microsoft programs like Excel and Word
  12. Experience working with internal or external warehousing & distribution partners (3PL)
  13. Fluent in English and German

Your Responsibilities

  1. Execute the commercial policy for the professional lighting channel
  2. Build coverage in the assigned region
  3. Win wholesale customers in the region
  4. Drive continuous business performance improvements based on ambitious goals
  5. Achieve top-line pricing and bottom-line targets set by the sales leadership
  6. Develop a business case with the sales head for regional expansion
  7. Maintain long-term customer relationships
  8. Execute distribution strategies
  9. Gather and analyze market information, and communicate with Opple marketing team
  10. Meet targets and budgets
  11. Manage internal relationships across channels and departments
  12. Collect local market intelligence and feedback through Market Intelligence / Marketing functions
