Excis is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide exceptional IT support for employees of a global leader in healthcare technology and innovation. This is your chance to join a dynamic team working with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

About the Role

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring seamless IT operations for employees. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while delivering outstanding customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities :

  1. Provide L1 / L2 support; resolve issues with Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and GPOs.
  2. Hardware troubleshooting; diagnose and fix problems with PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  3. Mobile & remote support; assist with iOS / Android devices, VPN, and collaboration tools.
  4. Ticket management; log, track, and resolve incidents efficiently within SLAs.
  5. Proactive maintenance; perform software updates, patches, and system checks.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support (helpdesk / desktop roles).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, mobile devices).
