Proposal and Contract Manager (m/w/x)

Location: 82335 Berg (south of Munich) / Immediate start / Full-time / Permanent

Your Responsibilities

• Review and analyze RFQ (Request for Quotation) documents.
• Assist in compiling proposal components (financial and technical) in collaboration with other departments.
• Create contracts based on standard templates in cooperation with the legal department.
• Support the legal team with preparatory tasks like contract comparison.
• Review incoming orders and forward relevant information to the appropriate units.

Your Profile

• Degree in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Basic knowledge of contract law.
• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous, independent working style.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
