  • Develop cutting-edge simulation environments for UAV swarm behavior and coordination in realistic operational scenarios.
  • Implement accurate physics-based models for flight dynamics, sensor fusion, and obstacle avoidance.
  • Create virtual testbeds for UAV autonomy, reinforcement learning (RL/MARL), and mission planning.
  • Integrate multi-agent swarm simulations for real-time UAV coordination, tactical decision-making, and adaptive operations.
  • Utilize HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) and SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) frameworks for seamless hardware-software integration.
  • Optimize AI-driven workflows to validate UAV perception, decision-making, and control.
  • Collaborate closely with AI, robotics, and embedded teams ensuring reliable simulation-to-reality transfer.

Your mission

  • Develop cutting-edge simulation environments for UAV swarm behavior and coordination in realistic operational scenarios.

  • Create virtual testbeds for UAV autonomy, reinforcement learning (RL/MARL), and mission planning.
  • Integrate multi-agent swarm simulations for real-time UAV coordination, tactical decision-making, and adaptive operations.

  • Collaborate closely with AI, robotics, and embedded teams ensuring reliable simulation-to-reality transfer.

Your profile

  • 3+ years experience in robotics simulation and UAV modeling.
  • Strong expertise with Gazebo, AirSim, PyBullet, CARLA, or Unreal Engine for UAV simulation.
  • Proficiency in C++, Python, or Rust for real-time simulation development.
  • Practical experience with ROS2, DDS, and real-time UAV control frameworks.
  • Knowledge of multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) and AI-driven simulation environments.
  • Understanding of sensor modeling (Radar, Lidar, EO/IR, RF, Acoustic systems).

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-fidelity aerodynamics modeling and advanced UAV swarm behavior.
  • Background in AI-powered scenario generation and adversarial simulation.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based distributed simulation environments.
