About The Role

As part of the Customer Support Team, you serve as the daily link between our customers and buycycle. Your extensive experience ensures a seamless buying and selling experience, contributing to customer satisfaction and community growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Resolve complex situations creatively and effectively, ensuring positive customer experiences.
• Coordinate with external logistics partners for seamless bike shipping.
• Improve existing processes and work with the team to build a data-driven support environment.

About You

• Fluent in German; strong English skills required.
• Completed degree or vocational training; some customer support experience preferred.
• Independent, proactive, solution-oriented work style.
• Creative problem-solving skills, especially in complex situations.
• Excellent analytical skills and adaptability to new responsibilities.
