• Consult senior management in the development of a dHRE-wide AI strategy and vision – with a particular focus on added value for customers.
• Take responsibility for the implementation of the AI strategy.
• Drive the development of required knowledge and tool know-how within the consulting organization.
• Actively engage with our communities and other stakeholders, and consult them on their business needs and help them deploy promising AI use cases.
• Leverage AI to challenge and further develop existing offerings and business opportunities.
• Identify dHRe consulting services that may become obsolete due to AI in the coming years.
• Develop consulting services around our customers’ needs that can be solved with AI.
• Support consulting marketing in positioning tts as a thought leader in HR AI.
• Examine areas of activity at our clients that may be replaced or transformed by AI in the coming years.
• Keep your skills up to date in this fast-developing area of AI and stay at the forefront of AI market trends and opportunities.
• Consult our customers in their AI use cases.

Your main tasks

• Consult senior management in developing a dHRE-wide AI strategy and vision, focusing on added value for customers.

• Develop new consulting services based on AI solutions for customer needs.
• Support marketing efforts to position tts as a thought leader in HR AI.
• Assess which client activities may be transformed by AI.
• Stay updated on AI trends and develop relevant skills.
• Advise clients on their AI use cases.
