The Connectivity Team ensures seamless access to remarkable travel experiences by establishing direct connections with top suppliers. You will :

  1. Act as the first point of contact for supplier partners and internal teams regarding API and Connectivity issues.
  2. Rapidly resolve or escalate connectivity problems to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
  3. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, prioritizing resolving connectivity issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  4. Monitor, troubleshoot, and support existing API connections, and support onboarding and certification processes for new partners.
  5. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.

Who you are

  1. You possess experience with Zendesk, Jira, or similar software platforms.
  2. You have a strong affinity for technology and a solid understanding of APIs.
  3. You are proficient in data formats such as JSON and XML, and familiar with tools like Postman or Kibana.
  4. You demonstrate flexibility, are committed to lifelong learning, and motivated to take ownership of your responsibilities.
  5. You excel in communication and have a proven ability to build effective working relationships.
  6. You adopt a solution-oriented mindset, transforming challenges into opportunities.
  7. You are analytical and leverage data to make informed decisions.
  8. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
