Team Lead Embedded Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Embedded Engineer to drive the development of cutting-edge embedded systems for our next-generation industrial products. In this role, you will lead a team of engineers , ensuring the successful design, development, and optimization of high-performance embedded software and hardware solutions .

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management – Lead, mentor, and support a team of embedded engineers to ensure project success.
• Embedded Software Development – Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for industrial automation and control systems.
• Firmware & Hardware Integration – Oversee the seamless integration of firmware and hardware , ensuring system efficiency and reliability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with hardware, mechanical, and software teams to align on technical solutions.
• Innovation & Best Practices – Drive technical innovation and ensure adherence to industry best practices .
• Technical Documentation & Compliance – Manage risk assessments, maintain detailed technical documentation , and ensure compliance with industry standards .

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field .
• 5+ years of embedded software development experience , with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong proficiency in C / C++ programming for embedded systems.
• Hands-on experience with RTOS and microcontrollers .
• Familiarity with communication protocols (CAN, I2C, SPI, Modbus, etc.).
• Knowledge of hardware-software co-design and debugging tools (PCB / Schematics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset.
