As a Business Development Representative (f/m/d), you will play a key role in Apaleo’s growth by managing inbound leads, qualifying potential customers, and generating new business opportunities. Your role will involve working with partners, handling a high volume of inbound leads, and leveraging outbound efforts as needed. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging decision-makers, assessing their needs, and ensuring a seamless transition to Account Executives. This is a highly dynamic role where questioning, listening, and adaptability are key to success.
