Red Giant, located in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main Metropolitan Area, is seeking a (Senior) Software Developer to join their team.

Job Overview

We are developing an AEC-focused integration of Redshift into software such as Vectorworks, Archicad, Rhino, SketchUp, or Revit. Responsibilities include:

• Implementing scene translation into the chosen software from Redshift
• Integrating Redshift GUI elements into the software
• Designing workflows for materials and lights in Redshift
• Supporting browsing and placement of Maxon assets
• Collaborating with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams
• Writing maintainable, robust code and participating in reviews

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics; focus on computer graphics advantageous
• Experience with plugin development for Vectorworks, Archicad, Rhino, SketchUp, or Revit
• At least 3 years programming in modern C++
• Bonus: experience with renderer integration, other DCC apps, Qt or similar UI toolkits
• Strong team player with responsibility, independence, and good communication skills
• Fluent in English
