Your ‘day to day’

In the role of Digital Analyst, you will:

• Become an integral part of team of experts that support market deployment of B2C solutions in line with commercial strategy; from idea generation to GTM (go-to-market) perspective.
• Running day-to-day operations, providing technical support to internal customers and ensuring seamless functionality of systems and interfaces in service of consumer programs/mechanics.
• Take part in QA testing, for example, testing new features of enterprise solutions or web/applications to ensure the best possible user experience.
• Be a reliable point of contact for external vendors and central teams who are responsible for the design and development of the solutions
• Support driving innovation across local organization embedding a digital-first approach to serving consumers. Act upon data and suggest making data driven decisions

Who we’re looking for

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a relevant field

• At least 2 years of experience in relevant positions, preferably in a corporate setting. But your passion, skills, knowledge, and demeanor are key. Show us what you got.
• Digital product management and product ownership skills or mindset are preferred.

• For this role we are not looking for a developer and proficient coding skills are not required. In addition, this position does not assume resonsibility for content production and creative aspects of Digital. The role assumes solid technical knowledge, good analyst skills as well as understanding of Digital/IT principles, product lifecycle, run & support.

• Understanding of business processes & principles, as well as the ability to learn & adapt in an exciting international business environment.

• Enjoys working in cross-functional teams, is highly collaborative and a good communicator.
• What will be considered a plus: experience with agile/scrum, basic understanding of data structure and data models, genuine interest in understanding basic technical concepts on how systems function, Atlassian products and Salesforce (CRM) solutions.
• Proficient in Croatian and English.
