Join our thriving Process Automation department, which has seen remarkable growth and is gearing up for an exciting future by surging demands for enhanced automation and the optimization of production capabilities. As a vital collaborator in aligning our sophisticated automation processes with our strategic business goals, we are at the forefront of technological innovation and operational excellence.

Our diverse team of dedicated professionals, including engineers, specialists, and technicians, works tirelessly to bolster the Nienburg production facilities in Manufacturing Europe. We pride ourselves on our proficiency in diagnosing, rectifying, and advancing our process automation systems. Our involvement spans a broad spectrum of initiatives, from optimization and programming to rigorous testing and diligent post-implementation support.

In close collaboration with the PMG (process engineers) and production team (operators), you will play an important role in supporting and enhancing the automation systems in our existing production facilities. Furthermore, you will participate in project work (mainly review, tests and commissioning).

We are on the lookout for an automation engineer or similarly qualified individual who bring a robust understanding of the hardware integral to process control and exhibit proficiency in the programming of these intricate systems.

Ideal Candidates Will Demonstrate

• Ready learn attitude
• Hands-on experience with DCS or PLC process control systems
• A solid foundation in engineering, automation technology, or a related technical field, complemented by practical experience
• A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset for tackling challenges
• Broad understanding of process control and the nuances of automation
• Proficiency in the creation and interpretation of process and programming documentation

• Analytical and decisive when addressing and resolving tasks
• An excellent communicator who can liaise seamlessly with various teams and departments

Given the role's collaborative nature and interaction with diverse stakeholders across multiple locations, fluency in both English and German is a prerequisite. The job will require physical presence in Nienburg.
