Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Location: DACH (remote)

Length: 6-12 Months

We are working with a German Consultancy client requiring SAP SuccessFactors consultants to support key implementation projects working alongside their internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on configuration, testing and support across SuccessFactors modules, either (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, LMS, Compensation)
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into solutions
• Support data migration, integration and cutover planning
• Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders and technical SME's to deliver on time solutions
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training to internal HRIS

Requirements:

• 3+ years hands on experience with SuccessFactors in a consulting or implementation role
• Proven experience delivering projects across at least one or more sub modules
• Strong Stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently from a remote working environment
• German speaking is preferred although not essential
• Based in the EU and able to work on CET time zone
