Responsibilities:
• Enhance engagement, content management, and user operations for AIKO’s installer online community in Europe;
• Plan and execute activation campaigns such as trainings, promotions, lead conversion events, raffles, and user rewards programs;
• Maintain the online installer ecosystem, including community management, user communication, and feedback collection;
• Continuously improve platform features and campaign tools;
• Focus on optimizing installer engagement experience to improve user retention and community value.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or B2C internet platform operations, with knowledge of online communities, fan engagement, and social marketing;
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese and/or a local European language is a plus;
• Strong data analysis and user behavior research skills; creative content planning abilities;
• Experience with SaaS platforms or marketing automation tools is preferred;
• Outgoing personality with creativity and a passion for user engagement;
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and ability to perform under pressure;
• Capable of working independently and in cross-cultural teams.
