We are currently looking for a talented and forward-thinking Development Engineer specializing in CNC control systems to join our R&D team. If you're passionate about innovation in manufacturing technologies and want to work on groundbreaking CNC solutions, this could be your next big opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop CNC Control Solutions: Design, implement, and refine CNC control architectures to maximize performance, accuracy, and adaptability across manufacturing operations.
  • Prototype New Technologies: Partner with multidisciplinary teams to build and evaluate next-generation CNC prototypes.
  • Technical Analysis & Support: Identify, investigate, and resolve complex issues in CNC systems, ensuring robustness and operational excellence.
  • Drive R&D Innovation: Play an active role in research projects aimed at enhancing automation, software integration, and the overall CNC ecosystem.
  • Document & Standardize: Create clear, thorough documentation for control system designs and processes while ensuring industry compliance.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Support teams and end-users by providing technical training and best practice guidance for CNC usage and features.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Practical experience with CNC systems, including configuration, code development, and optimization.
  • Proficiency with G-code, M-code, PLCs, and CAD/CAM platforms.
  • Hands-on familiarity with control systems from manufacturers like FANUC, Siemens, Heidenhain, or Beckhoff.
  • Knowledge of control theory, signal processing, and systems integration.
  • Excellent analytical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Additional experience with smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, IoT platforms, or simulation and modal analysis would be advantageous.
