Summary

We are looking for a "Project Manager Product Variant and Configuration Management (f/m/d)" for the "Configuration Management (CM)" department at the Immenstaad site as soon as possible.

The "Configuration Management (CM)" department with its three departments ensures that the CM processes are applied effectively in the project and on the product, taking into account the contractual requirements, and that the project-relevant CM tasks are completed efficiently. This ensures that the project and product goals are achieved within the performance, time and cost framework at low risk.

The department's employees are assigned to the project core teams across the product and project lifecycle. They work closely with the project managers or product managers and are appointed at the start of the planning phase.

Your Tasks

1. Definition and specification of KM interfaces (internal and external)
2. Creation of KM plans in German and English
3. Creation of product structures (identification of configuration units and mapping in the KM tools)
4. Ensuring the application of the configuration process
5. Implementation of release boards (RBs)
6. Creation of baselines and construction status specifications
7. Implementation of internal and external change management (change control boards)
8. Creation of evaluations and status presentations
9. Collaboration in internal and external international project teams
10. Coordination of subcontractors and customers
11. Further development of the KM system

Your Profile

1. Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or comparable
2. Experience in project management, configuration management and the various KM standards (ISO 10007, EIA-649)
3. Experience in software configuration management and production processes is advantageous
4. Knowledge of SAP PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) and Serena Business Manager / Dimensions advantageous
5. Ability and social competence to implement or introduce KM specifications
6. Ability to make presentations to international customers and partners
7. Ability to work in a team and compromise, but also assertiveness and initiative as well as negotiation skills with customers and contractors (internal / external)
8. Fluent German and good English skills
