Job Openings at the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics, TU Chemnitz

The Faculty is seeking to fill the following positions starting 01.10.2026:

1. W2-Professur „BWL – Externes Rechnungswesen und Wirtschaftsprüfung“ (m/w/d)
   The candidate should have a research focus in international accounting or auditing, contributing to the faculty's research priorities, with interdisciplinary links within the university. A strong emphasis on sustainable management education (PRME seal) is expected. Responsibilities include research, teaching (including courses in English), transfer activities, and participation in academic self-administration. Qualifications include a successful junior professorship, habilitation, or equivalent, as per §59 SächsHSG. Support for relocation to Chemnitz is offered.    The candidate should have a research focus recognized internationally, contributing to research, teaching (including in English), transfer, and university service. Qualifications include a junior professorship, habilitation, or equivalent. Support for relocation is available.
