In this position, you will be responsible for advising and managing a designated customer base in segments such as developers, project developers, commercial property owners, and investors.
Your main focus will be on large-scale real estate financings and building long-term customer relationships. You will develop tailored financing solutions considering risk and return aspects, and closely support the entire credit process with the sales support team, including preparing term sheets and decision templates for committees.
You will analyze the cash flow capacity of properties or projects, including relevant financial ratios, collaborate with internal departments, coordinate with partners, and stay updated on market trends impacting your clients' real estate portfolios.
Requirements include a completed banking or business degree, extensive experience in corporate banking, especially in real estate financing, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong networking skills, analytical and independent working style, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
