You support our team as

Application Technician / Application Engineer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Technical support of customer projects in cooperation with the sales team
• Consulting on product selection and process design based on customer requirements, as well as feasibility assessments
• Execution of corrosion tests and bath conversions in the laboratory and technical center
• Support of selected projects on-site
• Collaboration with R&D and Sales teams to solve internal and external technical issues
• Execution of sampling in the laboratory and technical center
• Support in the operation and maintenance of the pilot plant
• Preparation of technical documents such as test reports, specifications, and application guidelines to support sales and customer communication
  
  

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a surface coater or electroplater, or equivalent technical qualification (e.g. electroplating technician, master craftsman, chemical engineer, Bachelor's/Master's degree in materials science)
• Professional experience in decorative electroplating desirable
• Precise theoretical and practical approach to solving electroplating-related tasks
• Independent and structured way of working
• Enjoyment in working with national and international teams
• Strong communication skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Experience with common office software
