This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require 4 days travel into our Berlin campus. This may fluctuate in line with business requirements. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

About the Role:
You will provide dedicated support to international students at the Arden Study Centre in Berlin.
This role involves managing compliance throughout the entire student journey—from application through to graduation and beyond—to ensure Arden meets its regulatory responsibilities with relevant German authorities. Key responsibilities include collaborating with recruitment and admissions teams to confirm that all visa and enrolment requirements are fulfilled, offering ongoing support for visa and residence permit matters, and maintaining accurate records for international students at the Berlin Centre.
The role also requires a thorough understanding and application of the University’s immigration procedures in alignment with German regulatory standards.
