Position: Personalberater (m/w/d) - Essen

We are looking for:

To further expand our Experts & Talents location in Essen, we are immediately seeking a Personalberater / Disponenten (m/w/d) in Essen.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Searching, selecting, and evaluating suitable candidates
2. Conducting telephone and personal interviews
3. Presenting and placing suitable candidates with our clients
4. Preparing offers and negotiating contracts
5. Independently supporting our clients in employee leasing and direct placement
6. Acquiring new clients and building networks
7. Applying and developing modern methods of personnel recruiting

Your Profile:

1. Completed commercial or technical training, preferably as a personnel services clerk or with a degree in HR
2. Several years of professional experience in sales and/or recruiting, preferably with client or employee contacts
3. You are a communicative personality, enjoy approaching people, and possess high self-motivation
4. You have an independent and proactive working style
5. Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and preferably knowledge in L1 (Zvoove)
