We are seeking a Professional Training e-Mobility & Diagnostics (m/f/d) to join our team of REPXPERTs, focusing on developing our e-mobility training offerings. You will work with a global team of trainers to elevate technical training in the automotive aftermarket, supporting independent garages worldwide.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the global Schaeffler Aftermarket Training program, emphasizing e-mobility and diagnostics.
- Coordinate training initiatives worldwide, collaborating with regional training leaders and monitoring success via KPIs.
- Create and deliver offline, online, and hybrid training sessions for internal staff and at international trade shows such as Automechanika.
- Gather garage requirements, develop training content, and oversee its production and international deployment with technical content specialists.
- Enhance trainer roles, skills, and tools.
- Develop new e-mobility repair solutions and supporting materials with product experts.
- Strengthen diagnostics capabilities in the aftermarket, especially related to e-mobility.
- Manage projects, ensuring adherence to scope, time, budget, and quality standards, and collaborate globally on training topics.
- Work closely with departments like Quality, Warranty, Product Management, and Sales & Marketing, providing technical support and consulting.
Your Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on repair experience in IAM or OES workshops as a master mechanic.
- Degree in engineering, automotive technology, business administration, or similar.
- Proven experience in automotive training, developing effective courses.
- Deep knowledge of automotive diagnostics; experience with diagnostics development processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with content editing tools and e-learning software is beneficial.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong conceptual, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel internationally; global work experience is a plus.
- Agile mindset, intercultural sensitivity, resilience, and a proactive team-oriented approach.
