Your role as Junior HR Specialist

In this role, you'll be supporting day-to-day HR operations across a range of activities. From recruitment and onboarding to supporting digital transformation initiatives, you'll be a key point of contact for employees and help ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding for new hires

Maintaining accurate personnel records, including contracts, reports, and references

Supporting internal training and employee development activities

Acting as the first point of contact for staff questions relating to HR policies, contracts, and benefits

Assisting with absence tracking and time management tools

Working closely with other HR functions such as payroll, talent management, and employer branding

Contributing to ongoing HR improvement projects, especially those focused on digitalisation

Experience and qualifications for the Junior HR Specialist role

Key requirements:

1-3 years' experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within medical technology, life sciences, or tech

Comfortable working with HR software and Microsoft Office tools

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information responsibly

A degree or vocational qualification in Human Resources or a related field

Basic knowledge of employment law is an advantage
