We are hiring a Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in advanced statistical data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

1. Leverage data science, AI, and business domain knowledge to improve business performance, evaluate project plans, communicate goals, and share insights with stakeholders.
2. Acquire, prepare, and explore data through querying, visualization, reporting, and collaboration, ensuring data integrity.
3. Apply machine learning, generative AI, and statistical analysis to develop, train, optimize, and evaluate models; communicate findings effectively.
4. Test, review, and improve models by analyzing performance, incorporating feedback, and contributing to review processes.
5. Write and debug efficient, scalable code; collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data models into customer systems and production environments.
6. Work with customers and Microsoft teams to define business needs, create roadmaps for performance improvements, and influence stakeholders using storytelling and visual tools to drive value.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field, along with business-focused data science experience (e.g., managing structured and unstructured data, applying statistical techniques, and reporting results).
2. Experience leading complex projects, designing scalable solutions, and applying advanced techniques to solve business challenges. Strong coding, problem-solving, and communication skills.
3. Deep hands-on software engineering experience (e.g., Python, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) with established data science and generative AI frameworks.
4. Familiarity with deploying large-scale AI solutions into production within a cloud environment.
