Quality Manager for Customer Support Projects (f / m / d)

Summary

For the area "Engineering Product and Project Quality" we are looking for a "Quality Manager for Customer Support Projects (f / m / d)" at the Ulm site.

The "Engineering Product and Project Quality" department is responsible for the Electronic Warefare, Avionics and Radar programs, as well as the associated development, sales and logistics departments.

The department ensures that processes are applied effectively and with low risk in the project and on the product, taking into account contractual requirements, and that the relevant quality tasks are performed efficiently.

Your Tasks

Work independently in an integrated project team including the associated reporting system

Ensuring compliance with processes, taking into account contractual requirements and project-relevant tasks

Planning and execution of all quality tasks with a focus on customer support

Responsible for qualification and acceptance of testers

Contact person for the customer in project-related quality issues

Confirmation of product conformity with regard to legal regulations and contract requirements

Ensure risk-minimized achievement of project goals within performance, time and cost constraints

Contribute to test planning, product validation and verification of systems and sub-systems as well as equipment

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on business is required.

Your Profile

Degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, aeronautical engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering or similar

Several years of experience in quality management and / or development

Knowledge of risk and requirements management

High degree of initiative, leadership qualities and ability to work in a team

Strong communication skills, assertiveness and ability to reach consensus with customers and partner companies

Very good German and good English skills
