What You Will Do

An individual contributor responsible for driving Maxon’s eCommerce growth and increasing sales. Your responsibilities include:

• Define the vision for eCommerce growth at Maxon. Promote a data-driven eCommerce growth mindset across departments such as engineering, product, marketing, sales, and finance. Ensure KPIs are set and reviewed to achieve business impact. Stay updated on industry best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate eCommerce sales, including target audience identification, market research, and campaign creation.
• Use customer data tools to monitor website performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize accordingly.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce, and recommend innovative strategies and tools.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in driving eCommerce growth
• A passion for engineering excellence, quality, and business understanding
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with A/B testing, Google Analytics, and Salesforce preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex technical ideas clearly
