The Team - your impact
Our team ensures that facilities become E.ON offices with network infrastructure, meeting room technology, and printers.
We also provide E.ON's central telephony infrastructure. In your role, you support E.ON business colleagues in understanding E.ON's telephony and call center solutions.
Record their requirements and further develop the infrastructure. You are in close contact with our colleagues and help them to use our solutions in the best possible way.
Your Role - meaningful & rewarding
- Assist the Product Owner in the strategic management and development of Unified Communication and Collaboration Services.
- Collaborate on the design and development of business concepts for the new Cisco Webex Contact Center platform.
- Evolve and optimize the Cisco Webex Calling platform.
- Implement modern cloud platform solutions such as Microsoft Azure Cloud to meet business needs.
- Provision and management of Voice Gateway / SBC solutions (Cisco UBE, AudioCodes, Ribbon).
- Expert support (2nd & 3rd level) for the Cisco Call Center IT platform to ensure system stability and performance.
- Management and monitoring of external suppliers and service providers for unified communication solutions.
Your Profile - authentic & open-minded
- University degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable
- Several years of professional and practical experience in audio & video conferencing, fixed network systems, with good analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
- Demonstrated long-term professional experience with Cisco UC and call center software products, with a minimum certification of Cisco CCNP; CCIE-level certification and Webex vendor certifications are advantageous
- Proven expertise in Azure Cloud architecture, focusing on designing and implementing IT network infrastructure for voice components such as SBC, servers, and databases
- A minimum certification of Azure Administrator Associate is required; Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is highly desirable
- Very good English and German skills in writing and speaking
- Willingness to travel and work in an international environment
