What you will do:

• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed efficiently and promptly.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing major brands.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners, showing empathy at all times.
• Work towards achieving targets set by the client and internal goals.
