Commission and maintain advanced robotic and automation systems both in-house and on-site at customer locations worldwide
Program and optimize robotic applications (e.g., KUKA, ABB, FANUC, ) to meet project specifications
Inspect and prepare critical components based on technical drawings before assembly
Assemble mechanical subcomponents and entire systems
Perform pneumatic installations and electrical pre-wiring of system modules
Support customer communication on technical topics
Create safety protocols, operating manuals, and documentation
Coordinate on-site resources and support project progress planning
Train and guide customer personnel in system operation
Conduct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for optimal system uptime
Document service work and provide detailed reports
Contribute to continuous improvement processes and system performance optimization
Support the disassembly and packaging of systems for global delivery
Mentor and train junior technicians and apprentices at Hexin Group
Serve as backup for lead technicians in managing on-site teams
Completed training as Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or equivalent qualification
Several years of hands-on experience in automation, ideally with a focus on robotic programming
Solid technical understanding and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Open to working in multicultural, international environments
Fluent in German or English; Chinese is a plus
Independent, structured, and proactive working style
