Responsibilities include:

• Creating plant concepts for offers starting from the initial customer contact, quickly capturing customer requirements, and preparing tailored proposals, including schematics and rough layouts.
• Conducting independent economic analyses, life cycle costs, and variant comparisons.
• Possessing basic knowledge of contract law, VOB/B (A), and HOAI, and negotiating technical and commercial topics with clients confidently.
• Convincing new customers of AGO GmbH’s capabilities through a confident demeanor and persuasion skills.
• Location: Kulmbach

Your profile:

• Degree in mechanical engineering, energy technology, or a related field, with relevant experience as a project manager, preferably also in sales.
• Proficiency with standard Office programs.
• Enjoy teamwork and maintaining professional relationships.
