Position: IT Product Manager AI & Data Analytics (m/f/x)

DHL Supply chain are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Product Manager specializing in AI and Data Analytics to join our dynamic team. This crucial role will serve as a connector between business stakeholders and analytics, data, and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the technicalities involved in scaling these solutions, translating complex concepts into business-friendly terms. In this role you will play a pivotal role in defining procedures, documenting processes, and facilitating product development and deployment.
Your Key Accountabilities Include:
- Contributing to the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of the product development lifecycle for Data Analytics and AI products.
- Leading and supporting the product development lifecycle for assigned products, from requirements gathering to testing and product roadmap maintenance.
- Collaborating with engineering, data science, and business teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications, ensuring functional and user-friendly products.
- Driving effective communication with stakeholders across regional and global departments to align with strategic goals.
- Supporting engagements with external providers, conducting market research, and managing project requirements in compliance with DSC policies.
- Designing and updating product documentation and collateral to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
What Are We Looking For From You:
- Proven experience in product or project management, preferably within data analytics or IT disciplines, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, with experience in Agile frameworks being advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field, alongside a comprehensive understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry.
