Responsibilities

  • Apply business acumen to customer situations to proactively identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Use phone, live chat, and web tickets to partner with customers, effectively resolving issues and adapting to fluctuations in inquiry volume.
  • Remove technical barriers and help customers navigate various tools within HubSpot.
  • Utilize support resources and tools independently, understanding new and technical information.
  • Apply troubleshooting frameworks to test, recreate, and investigate technical queries, minimizing escalations and resolution time.
  • Identify and diagnose software issues to enhance the product experience for customers.
  • Communicate thoughtful, empathetic, and complete resolutions tailored to each customer, enabling business growth.
  • Collaborate within HubSpot to deepen customer engagement with our platform and improve overall experience.
  • Be a role model and trusted advisor, demonstrating a customer-first mindset and ownership of complex issues.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Self-motivated, curious, eager to learn, with a growth mindset.
  • Strong customer-first mentality and enjoyment in helping others, adding long-term value.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Seeks regular feedback and coaching for growth.
  • Able to understand and utilize documented knowledge for troubleshooting and guidance.
  • Enjoys building technical skills and gaining in-depth product knowledge.
